About Dr. Henderson
(DVM, CCRP, CVA, Fear Free Certified)
My interest in veterinary rehabilitation grew from a desire to improve patient comfort and function through effective, non-invasive care. I’m especially drawn to approaches that reduce pain, support mobility, and enhance quality of life while keeping the treatment process low-stress and well-tolerated.
I earned my veterinary degree from Washington State University in 2012. After seeing the meaningful impact of rehabilitation, I pursued certification in both medical acupuncture and rehabilitation to offer more comprehensive, individualized care. My approach emphasizes evidence-based modalities to achieve measurable improvements in comfort, mobility, and overall function.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring the Pacific Northwest. You’ll often find us on the trails with our senior dog, Einstein, helping him age comfortably while still enjoying the outdoors.
I also enjoy pottery as a creative outlet that lets me keep working with my hands in a different way. I enjoy the process of shaping each piece and seeing how it develops—it’s a nice mix of focus, creativity, and a little unpredictability.
